R.O.P.E.S® (Rapid Optimal Physical Exercise System) is a training concept that is developed in a Norwegian training environment, by trainers and physiotherapists with a wide range of experience within body weight training. The philosophy is that the equipment should be easy, and that with simple means use this type of training both for untrained individuals to professional athletes. We have ended up with slings, Bungee-bands and sliding surfaces as our equipment for training. The system is, however, in a development stage.
Time will show what kind of epuipment we need to make the training even better.
